FlexProtect Apply for Cover

To use FlexProtect, the first thing we need is a completed application form from your Firm to enable us to best understand your Firm's experience and what you want from the product. An application form is available here. (PDF)

Once you are registered to use FlexProtect, issuing cover for individual cases is quick and easy via a dedicated website. Cover is issued on a delegated authority basis, 7 days a week.

For non-personal injury cases (such as professional negligence, commercial, etc) please use this form. (PDF)
