FlexProtect is a versatile personal injury ATE policy covering
the key post-LASPO risk stages involved in a claim and is available
in 2 versions:

‘Standard’ version. |
A
modular and flexible solution that Firms can tailor to
suit the needs of their Clients and case mix. It is made
up of 3 easy to use modules and can be used for fast track
& multi track cases. Premiums start from £35
and in addition to disbursements and adverse costs cover;
the policy also includes Keystone’s unique Part
36 damages indemnity.

The version that best suits your Firm will depend on the types,
volume and mix of cases you run and the types of Clients you represent.
All FlexProtect modules have a standard £100,000 level of
indemnity (can be increased upon request) and premiums are fully
indemnified and payable on successful case conclusion.
